SHIPPING

Most of our products qualify for free shipping if the order is over $69.  All products must be shipped to the same address to qualify for free shipping.  The most cost effective shipping method will be used, either UPS or US postal service.

Some item such as stemware and domed cake plates do not qualify for free shipping due to the extra cost of shipping these types of items.

We ship using UPS ground US Postal Service and only to the contiguous 48 states.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  If you are paying for your purchase with a check or money order, we will process your order once the payment has cleared.

If you reside in the Grand Rapids, MI area you can pick up your order or arrangements can be made for delivery.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact Customer Services within three (3) business from date of receipt at 888-598-2655 or 616-575-8520.  Do not discard the shipping box or packing materials.  We will replace the item at no charge and send you a UPS return label so you can return the item to us.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund (with receipt) within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.

The following applies to all returns/exchanges:

• Item(s) must be in the original box.
• Item(s) must be in the original condition, i.e. not used.
• Returns with the original receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender (excluding your shipping cost, if any)
  
• Returns without the original receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

• Reason for return
• Action needed - exchange or merchandise credit
